Frequently asked questions
I bought Hush Full but it's locked
Open Settings → Hush Full → Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with. If you're in a Family Sharing group, the organiser's purchase is shared with you, but Family Sharing must be turned on for purchases.
Is Hush Full a subscription?
No. It's a one-time purchase of €4.99 (or the local equivalent). You pay once and keep it.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
The sound stops when another app plays audio
By default Hush takes over audio playback like a music app. If you want Hush to keep playing under other audio, turn on Settings → Playback → Play with other audio. iOS removes the Lock Screen controls in that mode.
How do I use Hush with Siri or Shortcuts?
Say “Start Hush”, “Start Hush for 30 minutes” or “Stop Hush”. The same actions, plus your presets, are in the Shortcuts app and can be added to Control Center or the Action button.
The widget or Live Activity doesn't show
Long-press the Home Screen or Lock Screen to add a Hush widget. For the Live Activity, check that Settings → Hush → Live Activities is on in iOS Settings.
Does Hush collect my data?
No. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
