Terms of Use
Hush is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add a few points specific to Hush. Where they differ, the standard EULA wins.
Who provides Hush
Hush is provided by Zoltán Török, Romania. Contact: contact@zt-mobile.dev.
Hush Full
- Hush Full is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- It unlocks the features described in the app at the time of purchase, on every device signed in with the same Apple Account, and for members of your Family Sharing group.
- Apple handles payment, billing and refunds. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you lose access, use Settings → Hush Full → Restore purchase in the app.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Not a medical device
Hush is meant for relaxation, focus and better sleep habits. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition, including insomnia or tinnitus. If you have trouble sleeping or with your hearing, talk to a doctor.
Listen at a safe volume
Long listening at high volume can damage your hearing, especially with headphones. Keep the volume low, and be careful using sound near babies; follow your paediatrician's advice on distance and level.
Sounds and artwork
The app, its generated sounds and its artwork belong to Zoltán Török. Some nature recordings are used under their authors' licences, credited in Settings → Sound credits. You may use Hush for personal, non-commercial listening. Please don't extract, redistribute or resell its sounds.
Changes and availability
We may update Hush, add or change features, or stop offering it. If we remove a feature you paid for, the standard EULA and your statutory rights apply.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hush is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country and can bring a claim in its courts.
